Well I must apologize for the lack of posts. I am sorry. We have been busy and just not in the posting mood. I hope all is well with everyone and I come here today to tell you that Dora has found a new home. My wife and I just couldn't take it. We are both allergic to the cute little thing so we turned her over to my brother and his wife. Yes we miss her but my sister-in-law is somewhat psycho about Dora and has provided her with a much better situation.
On a different note, I am pumped to be headed to see Charlie Robison tomorrow night. He is the husband of the Dixie Chicks banjo player, whatever her name is. He is also a pretty good song writer and singer. I will provide a review after the show tomorrow night.
And finally on the last note. Mindy is working the 4-2 shift this week so I will be bumming food off of my neighbors, watching lots of sportscenter, and pretty much bumming around all week. It's a rough life but I think I can cope...til next time, michael

Sorry about the Dora situation. That stinks. Well I say that but I don't really mean that. I hate little dogs. I guess I don't HATE them but I think that they are kind of annoying. You guys aren't, just dogs. Your welcome to eat with us tomorrow night. Not really sure what we will be having but thesystem is a pretty good cook. Let one of us know. Tell Mindy to post about her new job.
Whaddup Coop!?!
I just wondered...how come you and Mister Hovater (the Elder) only seem to post the scored when the accursed Crimson Tide is victorious? Aliens from outer-space could intercept your blog transmissions and falsely assume that the Tide was the greatest team ever! Perhaps a post or two about the UT Vols (especially those ladies) would help add some spice to your site!
By the way, when is KOGS? The seasons are already turning here in the W. Texas desert, and I'm itching to grill meat and drink tea!

May I just go ahead and ask the obvious question: Exactly where does the dog live now? Inside or outside? Yep. Thought so. Seems I clearly won that argument.

For your information, I actually did write a post with our big loss on it, but accidentally (I promise) saved it as a draft. I didn't realize until today, and didn't want to interrupt the hope thread by posting it today.
Some cheeses do not fall into any of the five categories because they are not classified as natural cheese. American cheese, for example, is a processed cheese. This means that several different types of cheese are blended together with flavorings and emulsifiers to create a cheese with a more consistent texture. These cheeses are not considered of the highest quality, and lack the character that the natural processing gives to real cheese. Processed cheese food products contain a minimum of 51% natural cheese; the remainder derived from milk solids or vegetable oils. Imitation cheese has little to no cheese and consists mainly of dairy by products, emulsifiers, colorings and artificial flavors. Imitation cheese is less expensive than natural cheese but contains few of the vitamins found in real cheese. Imitation cheese is also much higher in sodium.
*Thought you might be interested in this article I read about the process of cheese.
