Shannon (brother) and I got back last night from St. Louis. We went to see the Marlins and Card play. Marlins won 9-1 and Josh hit his 20th homerun of the year. We had a great time at the game and visiting with Josh and Ginger...

Wish I could come hear you play...brings back high school memories. Good luck! I have seen Andrew Peterson, years ago, back before many people had ever heard of him. Have you heard "Let Me Sing???" One of my favorites. And the Chasing Song. Good stuff. And yes, you MUST go see Dave Barnes.

Let me defend Amy here...weren't you starting to play some in high school? Why do I remember being at your house and you playing the guitar? Surely we weren't out of school...oh well! I'm jealous that you got to go see Josh play. We can't seem to get our schedule (or finances) to allow it!!
I had a guitar in high school but i didnt start playing until the 2nd semester of my freshman year of college...so...amy's defense is heard and challenged:)
Now wait just a minute-I have pictures of a beach trip my family went on and you were there with Wes-guitars in hand AND playing. I rest my case.
i took lessons my freshman year, 2nd semester...i assure you that i could play nothing before that happened...that trip that you have pictures of happened after high school when i was home from Harding for the summer...
Oh good grief-I thought for sure I had won that arguement. Now that I think about it, I believe you're right. I stand corrected.
