The Little Rock marathon is this Sunday. We will have a 6:00 AM service for runners and early birds. Last year we had quite a turn-out and I expect the same if not more this year. The marathon path goes right by our church building so this year we will have a group to stand outside and cheer, pass out water, give away hard candy, and just look pretty (lane stafford)...

It looks like Layla won't be coming to live with us quite yet unless we decide to make a run up to Springfield and get her...and that is a real possibility...I'll keep you updated...

I'll be a bachelor on Thursday and Friday...Mindy is going on a recruiting trip to Fayetteville... so anyone willing to cook a hot meal, I'll sure eat it (no broccoli please unless you chop it up into tiny bits and cover it with cheese)

Isn't it amazing how you can make almost anything taste good if you cover it with mounds of cheese...
