Well I made this awesome corn dish and it was great...Mindy even liked it...had to add a little salt but it's all good...we also had some turkey that i seasoned and cooked...it resembled SPAM but it's all good too, plus i like SPAM...
anyway, I'm still waiting for those suggestions...and thanks to my buddy Dan (www.griswold9@blogspot.com)for the great cereal recipe. I hear that Dan is also a killer hot pocket chef.

Hot Pockets are great. It's like they took Pop Tarts and filled them with delicious meat. Though I like to refer to them as "Caliente Pockets."
I buy thease boxes of frozen talapia from the k-roger. Thaw a few in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes while you warm up the oven about 350. Put some olive oil in the bottom of a glass baking dish, put the fish in, throw some lemon juice and butter on top sprinkle with lemon pepper. ALso its not the bad mercury type fish that pregnant women shouldnt eat.
Make sure pregnant lady doesnt eat too much fish that eats other fish they build up mercury not good for the baby. Oh and start some rice before you cook the fish. Maybe open a can of green beans for a veggie. -NAJ
Oh and erm cook the fish for no more than 15 mins if the oven is fully warmed up.
I'm not that into cooking myself...fortunately my hubby likes Hamburger Helper:) We also eat a lot of chicken. There are lots of different marinades to try add salad or other veggies and you are done. Lots of Pasta is eaten around here too. I know were boring but just wait till the baby is moblie enough to get into everything and you'll learn fast that lots of 'normal' household things just kinda get in the way of being Mommy and Daddy:)
